This site explains roofing in general terms. It can't see your roof.

Can a web page tell me what my roof needs?
No. A ceiling stain might be a cracked pipe boot or a roof at the end of its life. Shingle age, decking, flashing, attic ventilation and storm history all change the answer. Only someone on the roof and in the attic can tell you.
Are the cost figures quotes?
They're planning ranges for jobs around Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, Lake Norman, Union County and York County, South Carolina. Pitch, layers, decking, material, access, permits and what an insurer approves all move the number. The written estimate is the price.
Will my insurance pay?
We can't say. Coverage depends on your policy, your deductible and the adjuster. Some North Carolina policies treat wind and hail differently from other damage. We photograph and document; the carrier decides.
Are the photos from real jobs?
They illustrate the kinds of roofs and work described on each page. They are not before-and-after records of a particular customer's house.
Is a result guaranteed?
No roof beats every storm. Installation quality gives a roof its best chance. Any warranty is the one written into your agreement with the contractor, plus the manufacturer's own terms.
Who does the work?
Independent contractors. The referral disclosure explains how that works.
What about links to other sites?
They're there for convenience. We don't control what's on them.
What if something here is wrong?
Tell us and we'll fix it. Rules and fees change.
What if it's an emergency?
If a tree came through the roof, wires are down or you smell gas, get everyone clear and call 911 or the utility first. Call us about the roof after that: (704) 741-0702.
