Who you'll deal with
The people behind each step at Crown Roof Co., from the first call to the last nail pickup. No names or headshots, just the roles.
Who answers the phone?
An automated assistant, overnight included. It takes your name, number, address and what the roof is doing. Then a person calls you back the same day. Leaks get that call first. Call (704) 741-0702.
Who comes out to the house?
The estimator. They walk the roof where it's safe, check the attic, take photos and measure. They write the itemized price. Ask them anything: repair or replace, shingle or metal, whether storm damage looks like a claim.
Who runs the job on the day?
The crew lead. Tear-off, decking, underlayment, flashing, shingles or metal, cleanup. At the end they walk the finished roof with you and compare it to the estimate.
Who handles the paperwork?
The office side. Mecklenburg permits through LUESA, permits in the other counties and South Carolina, scheduling around rain, insurance paperwork, and registering any manufacturer warranty in your name.
Whose roofers are they?
Crown Roof Co. is run locally in Charlotte. The roofing is performed by independent, insured contractors, not by the operator of this website. You hear which company is coming before anything is booked. The referral disclosure and about page explain more.
Can I talk to a person?
Yes. Ask for a callback any time. Email hello@crownroofco.com works too.
