What Crown Roof Co. learns about you, why, and who else sees it. Short version: only what the roof job needs.
Updated November 2026. Questions go to hello@crownroofco.com.
1. The details you give us
The form asks for your name, a phone number, the ZIP code of the house, the kind of roof problem and any notes you add. If you call, our phone system logs the number you dialed from. Calls can be recorded so your address and callback number are taken down correctly; a notice plays first.
2. What the site measures on its own
Page counts come from Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and builds no profile of you. We do not run Google Analytics, ad pixels or tracking cookies.
3. The chat window
The chat on this site is run for us by an outside provider. Anything you type there comes to us, the same as the form. Your browser keeps your recent chats for up to 30 days so a conversation can pick up where it left off.
4. Why we use it
To call you back, book the inspection, write the price, schedule the work you approve and keep the job file. We pass the details to the independent roofer who does the job. For a replacement in Mecklenburg County, the permit application goes to LUESA with the property address on it. Other counties and South Carolina towns get what their permit office asks for. Nobody else gets your information, and we never sell it.
5. How long we keep it
Job files stay as long as warranty, permit and tax records require. Contact details for a request that never became a job can be deleted on request.
6. Your say over it
Email hello@crownroofco.com to see what we hold, fix it or remove it. Say no to recording at the start of a call and we won't record. This site is meant for adults arranging roof work; we don't knowingly collect anything from people under 18.
