What is Crown Roof Co., exactly?
A website and phone line for roofing in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, Lake Norman, Union County and York County, South Carolina. Your call or form reaches us first. An automated assistant takes the details, overnight included, and a person follows up the same day.
Who comes to my house?
An independent, insured roofing contractor in the Charlotte area. Which one depends on the work, the location and who is free. We tell you the company before anyone is scheduled, and you can ask.
Does anyone get a fee?
Yes. When a referral turns into a job, the contractor may pay us a referral or advertising fee. That's between us and them.
Does the fee raise my price?
No. You pay what the contractor's signed estimate says. Nothing more.
Do you track calls and visits?
We count which pages and sources bring in requests, using cookie-free analytics and call tracking. Calls may be recorded after a notice. The privacy policy has the details.
Can I get other quotes?
Of course. Get as many as you like. A good roofer won't mind.
Can I check the contractor's licence?
Yes. North Carolina roofers are licensed through the NC Licensing Board for General Contractors, and you can look them up on its website.
Who answers for problems?
